John Lim:
John is passionate about helping people reach their maximum potential and live a purposeful life from inside out through coaching. The founder of Excelsis Coaching Asia, John was formerly Director of Coaching Services at Leadership Development International Training (LDiT).
John is a reflective thinker who enjoys reading, long walks in nature and riding his bike.
John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a licensed Coach Trainer. Aside from serving at LDiT, John worked as an engineer in ExxonMobil and the Singapore Armed forces.
Having lived in China for many years with his family, John can coach and train in both Chinese and English. John is happily married to Song and has two adult children.
Song Lim:
Song Lim has a passion for creativity and empowering others toward a significant life. She is the co-founder of Excelsis Coaching Asia and a homemaker for many years.
Song loves dancing, painting and relating to people from different cultures.
She has served in St Luke’s hospital in Singapore, DMR Consulting Canada, Reuters Singapore and Huffco Oil in Singapore as an IT manager, IT consultant and system analyst.
In China, she worked at LDiT Training as a trainer and coach. Song is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Coach Trainer.
